It is very easy for users to receive and send payments through PayPal compared to other platforms. Today I would like to address the issue of PayPal placing Payment on hold for 21 days. 1. You are a new PayPal user or it has been long since you did business with PayPal.

2. Your account isn't Verified:

Your account will be declared verified if; [a] You have confirmed your number. [b] Uploaded photo of your original ID card or added and confirmed your credit card.

3. Your volume of sale hasn't reached 200$ for the past 60 days.

4. You have too many unsolved cases. This could be most of your clients are asking for the refund. 

For your account never to have 21 days funds on hold, you should pass all those tests. However for you to receive money within 24 hours, make sure you have passed test number 2 and Number 4 then follow this procedure. First you need to go to your wallet and select solve or what to do to add information about your payment. Change the order status as shipped in case you have a tracking number you can add but if you don't have, click on doesn't require tracking number.  


The final part is now to go to contact us center and select message us, inform the PayPal customer service the situation about your funds and request for a fund release. Since mostly paypal takes 24 hours to reply after that 24 hours, your money will be available since the customer care will check and manually release funds before replying to your text.
